Good running powerhead removed from a 2001 Mercury 250HP EFI 2-stroke engine. Good compression on all cylinders, between 110-120 cold. Everything included except for VST and computers. This will fit 225-250 blocks or can be converted back to a carbureted engine. Everything shown in pictures will be included in sale.
