You are looking at a 1970 SBC Rochester Q-jet 4 bbl Carburetor. It is stamped 7040511 & dated 3109 (Nov. 69).  Correct for 1970 Chevy Blazer with 350 engine. You are getting it, as pictured, recently found in a carb shop cleanout. Looks to be fairly complete. Nothing is frozen. All moving parts move. This is a virgin core for rebuild. Fresh out of years of dry attic storage.
