LS Crate Engine, Chevy LH6 5.3L, 475HP/435TQ
This engine is a 100% Brand New GM 5.3L that GM built for 2005-2009 Trucks and SUV’s. ATK went through the engine doing a camshaft and valve spring upgrade along with AFM/DOD delete. If you intend on using this in a vehicle that previously utilized the AFM/DOD, this must be turned off in the ECM. This engine will come with the valve covers and timing cover. This is a limited production an all-aluminum engine that is known for its extra-thick cylinder sleeves. For optimal Performance you will need headers, chassis dyno tune (required) and upgraded injectors.

Designed around the LS Muscle Car oil pan, these kits include most necessary parts for installation, including oil pan, dipstick and tube, bolts, gaskets, pickup tube, and windage tray.
