How do I return a product? Please follow the steps below

1: Contact the seller first
2: Send pictures: outer packaging, scanned labels, the item itself and complete accessories, etc.
Necessary conditions  
A: Unused item in original packaging.
B: The outer package is not damaged in any way.

3: Pick up the return label

4: Item Delivery - Payment 
(Returns or exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the original purchase, as well as return shipping and replacement shipping.
Return shipping fee and exchange shipping fee.
Exchanges due to shipping errors will not be charged a restocking or shipping fee.)
