Shipping

We prioritise dispatching items on the same day if orders are placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched either on the same day, if possible, or the next working day.

Although certain listings indicate a dispatch time of 2 working days, we strive to dispatch orders on the same or next day. During busy periods, dispatch may take 2-3 days.

We use various couriers, such as Royal Mail, UK Mail, FedEx, etc.

Rural and remote areas, Northern Ireland, and other non-mainland UK postcodes may incur additional charges. These areas might not be eligible for next-day service due to courier limitations. For shipping costs to these locations, please contact us.

International orders may take longer to dispatch due to additional required paperwork. International orders can be subject to additional charges/taxes by the courier and the buyer's country customs authority. The buyer is responsible for these charges/taxes and for communicating with the relevant parties. If charges/taxes are not paid, the items may be sent back to us, and no refund will be issued.

  

Returns

We offer a 14-day returns policy, provided that the product has not been used or damaged.

Should you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to resolve the matter.

We will refund the purchase price and shipping cost for items sent in error. Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item(s). Alternatively, we can send out the correct item to you.

For returns that are not due to errors on our part, the customer will be responsible for all postage costs. We will not cover return postage. Items must be returned unused and free from any signs of wear. If any damage or wear is detected, this may result in a partial refund or no refund at all.

Please note that returns for custom-made items, including standard items modified to customer specifications, will not be accepted unless an error has occurred on our part.
