Engine is sold as is. Here is the history on the engine from what I remember, jrpw built this engine welded the block, and welded the raised deck on.  Built from a Honda gx200 bored and sleeved block.the two graphs show the dyno hp, and the graph of all the 275cc entries this engine is the bright green line at the top

Built with all new parts, its brand new other than it was Dyno ran at the Dyno challenge and there videos on his page you can watch. 

Bore is 3 inch but I cannot verify the stroke as it is buttoned up.   stroker 275cc.  But I am unsure exactly.
