before consignment left port of origin ( Indian Port ), non filing the ISF before importing the goods will
attract big penalties.
b. Not EPA : All Diesel and Petrol engines fall under EPA by-laws. So check your country's
environment protection authority laws with your custom broker first and proceed.
( - Some motor age and size aren't subject to EPA standards )

3. Packing and Delivery :
We pack it for overseas transportation and deliver it as per order.
4. Shipping :
A. Free shipping type listing :
- Free shipping listing are arranged to ship by Air couriers named like DHL / Fedex / TNT
- This purchase will be delivered to your door step without any shipping charges,
- You have to pay extra charges for your countries Import duties and related charge, after payment you will be delivred the product.
- Transit time : approx 7 to 12 days
- Caution : The seller will order the "Destroy goods/shipment" command if the buyer is not arranging customs and delivery procedure in time.
B. Products " without Free shipping " type listing :
- Some heavier than 300-400 kgs products are costlier to ship by Air couriers are listed as -
" ship by sea " .
- This is a complecated shipping procedure. you have to follow as under.
a. you appoint custom agent at your end, they will process or guide import
b. Bill of lading will issue after you supply us ISF filing number from your end.
c. you have to pay extra as under ---
- destination port charges, Import broker charges, Bond charges, Custom charges, Import security filing and EPA charges ( approx usd 800-1800 )- local transport ( as per your distance from sea port terminal )
d. Transit time : This will take around 30 to 50 days to deliver.
e. Caution : The seller will order the "Destroy goods/shipment" command if the buyer is not arranging customs and delivery procedure in time.
5. Returns :
As the goods are old and used, and long distance products sell, returns are not acceptable,
money will not be refunded in any case.
