For damaged or faulty parts we offer a full refund, or exchange.

For incorrectly ordered parts or where the buyer has changed their mind, we will offer a partial refund, retaining 20% restocking / handling charges and plus cost of postage, with this in mind please take time to study all photos and read the full description before purchase. If you are in any doubt please message us and we will do our best to advise you, and can always provide more photos and details.

All items are tested and inspected before dispatch where possible, and please bear in mind they are used items so will have normal wear and tear. Please do not remove any paint marking until you are 100% satisfied with the item as this may invalidate your warranty, (after which time it can be easily removed with solvent cleaner, alcohol gel, etc).

Please note that there may be some scrapes or scuffs so please study pictures carefully, more photos are available on request.
