Pursuant to art. 52 of the D.Lgs. no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree 2014 #21 you are entitled to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without giving any explanation for a period of (14) fourteen days from the day you receive the products. All you need to do is let us know of your intention to withdraw from the contract via eBay messaging and we will take care to provide you with all instructions in this regard. The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply if you have purchased custom packaged or customized products.

Shipping to seller (sender) of the product is the responsibility and responsibility of the customer and can be carried out using the means you prefer. Within (14) fourteen days of your return event (art. 57 Consumer Code) You must return the products intact, labelled and in their original packaging, if provided, (plastic envelope or box depending on the type of item), attaching the delivery document inside the package.

Your return will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days from the time we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the goods arrive at our warehouse, pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree 21 February 2014 No. 21.

If you have received the defective product please contact us as soon as possible via eBay messaging and we will provide directions for any replacement or collection at our expense.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned intact, unused, or damaged. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (e.g. authenticity label and security seal, wear sign, abrasion, scratch, scratch, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their items and accessories (including labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, original packaging and warranty certificate, where present, you will be liable for the decrease in the value of the good, and you will be entitled to a refund equal to the remaining value of the product. For this purpose, therefore, you are advised not to handle the good beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the same and to cover the original packaging of the products with other protective packaging that preserves its integrity and protects it during transport also from writing or labels.
