2001 Mercury 25 hp 2-Stroke Outboard. Engine runs well and has 170-165 PSI compression in both cylinders. Lower unit shifts well Prop is included, great shape. Engine is in awesome shape cosmetically. A couple minor scrapes and scratches on the upper and lower cowlings consistent with its age. No power trim.electric start, pull start . Ready for you to come and pick up anytime
