  • All Orders are shipped from USA via FedEx with tracking number which are uploaded once the shipping label is printed. Even though the shipping label can be printed within 10 minutes of having received your payment this does not mean the order will ship the same day
  • Please allow 2 days for payment verification and packaging. 
  • Returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
  • Local Pick-Up are not accepted.

ABOUT THE SIZE OF THE FLAGS:

Each design only comes in one size (5 x 3ft). The size we publish is very aproximate.

The flags are dried in the oven which can make it a few milimiters smaller
