Shipping

Free ground shipping in the 48 contiguous US states only, and only for items marked as free shipping. For shipping quotes to AK, HI and PR please contact us via eBay messages with your exact shipping address and what item you are interested in purchasing.

Domestic Shipping: Most shipments will be shipped with USPS, we also at times use UPS Ground. We do not ship with Fedex. We will use either USPS First Class, USPS Priority mail, SPEEDEE or UPS Ground at our discretion.

Overnight and 2nd day shipping options are not available.

Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

Payment:

We accept payments via Paypal. Immediate payment is required. We charge sales tax in Minnesota, which will be calculated at checkout. If you choose to do local pick up, we will accept Cash and Credit Card.

Returns and Exchanges

Prior to returning any item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number. Return items must be complete in new, unused condition. Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached.

If you fail to contact Mankato Motorsports prior to returning an item you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In addition, if a returned item does not meet all criteria outlined in the paragraph above, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. Further more if the item is damaged beyond resale condition or repair, we reserve the right to use our discretion on refund amounts. This does not apply to what we deem to be shipping damaged.
