Main policies

- As it clearly states in eBay policies, when clicking the "Buy It Now" button, or placing a bid, you automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from us. Please commit to buy only after you have decided to purchase and you are ready to pay. Purchasing from us means you have read, understood and agreed to all our policies. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you fail to follow our policies.

- We accept only PayPal.

- Shipping. Under normal circumstances, it takes up to 3 business days to send your item out from our warehouse. Contact us first before you buy if you need the item urgently (Orders typically are not processed on weekends & holidays). Tracking information will be added once item is shipped. Local pick-up is available. Item is shipped to ebay address. Leaving correct address can minimize delay. International shipment might be delayed by destination country authorities. If your package is delayed by customs you will have to call your local customs office to find out what is holding it up. We have no way of giving you better information when a package is delayed by customs. Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. Also we cannot add special notes you want for the carrier.

- Returns. We accept return for exchange, refund within 30 days from delivery. All our parts are marked, if a sealant was breached, item is not accepted for return.  After 30 days, only exchange is available. Returned or not working items must be in the same condition as they were sent. Buyers pay the return shipping cost. Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. The seller is not responsible for any customs duty/import tax, labor cost, expense in a dollar store, or damage due to wrong installation. Always email or call us before sending the item back.

- About us. Used Auto Parts World has been selling autoparts since 2010 (since 2017 on ebay). Used Auto Parts World carries used and new parts and accessories for mostly German brand cars such as: Audi, Volkswagen, Opel, BMW and others.

- Communication. All messages will be answered within 1-2 business days. Please contact us either by clicking "contact seller" in the "purchase history" section or simply click "ask a question" at the bottom of this page.

- Feedback. When you received your order, please take a moment to leave us positive feedback and 5 star rating on eBay to us is really appreciated, vital and very valuable to the continued success of our business on ebay. On the other hand. We also understand is impossible to satisfy all our customers. If you are the buyer are not happy with the purchase or the item got defected/damage during the transit.  In case of something wrong, please contact us first before you leave neutral or negative feedback.
