This Johnson antique outboard motor rope starter plate came from a 1929 Model A-45 outboard.  Serial #108726  This will fit all the A-45  and A-35 models but is correct for only the 1929 A45.  Includes the three special mounting screws which have good slots and good threads.   Look at the photos and email with questions.  Thanks for looking.
