Invoice Terms

No Labour Warranty is provided.

All parts must be installed within 30 days of delivery or pick up in accordance with procedures set forth within this document.

All warranty claims must be validated with original receipts of purchase.

At T-Met Ltd.’s discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund any defective part to the original purchaser, providing all warranty guidelines & procedures have been followed.

Returns Terms & Conditions

If you need to return an item, please open the return, and select the reason "I changed my mind". Once that is done a return label will be issued.

All parts are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If any part supplied by T-Met Ltd proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned for an exchange. If no exchange is available within 48 hours a refund will be issued.

Any part(s) correctly supplied by T-Met Ltd and returned after 14 days is subject to a 20% handling charge.

All goods should be inspected upon delivery before signing to ensure that the item has not been damaged during transit.

If goods prove to be damaged, please do not sign for the delivery & contact T-Met Ltd within 1 working day to ensure that, if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. Goods once signed for are to be returned at the Customers expense.

In the event that a part is supplied as ordered but the customer has ordered incorrectly, we must be contacted immediately via eBay message, and the part returned to T-Met Ltd within 7 days of purchase at the cost of the customer.

Refunds will only be issued upon the return of the goods to our premises.

Shipping Terms & Conditions

We offer a wide range of shipping options for both UK and Republic of Ireland Customers.

All items purchased before 12pm will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends).

All orders placed at the weekend will be processed Monday morning.

Smaller items will be shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class, larger items will be shipped via 48-hour courier service.

Delivery to international countries; if your country is not listed, please contact us directly for a quote.

Deliveries may arrive between 9am - 6pm and will require a signature. Alternatively, all items can be collected from one of our stores via prior arrangement.

T-Met Ltd opening hours are Monday – Friday 8AM - 5 pm and Saturdays 8am -12.30 PM.

Please check your parcel for any signs of damage before signing.

If your part is damaged, please notify the courier when accepting and sign damaged in the acceptance document so that we can make a claim against the courier. If this situation arises, please contact us immediately.
