This manual is rare and unique as it is metal spiral bound not stapled together. It is also rare as it is a 1960 model airplane. 

This manual is on good condition for the year. It does have some hand written nots in the book in certain areas about the aircraft. Also comes with A Sheet That Was In The Manual "Factors You Should Know About Your Airplane." Sheet has hand written along with printed information.
