In some rare instances vehicles may come with big brakes from factory. In the event your vehicle has factory big brakes or if an aftermarket big brake kit has been installed call in advance to confirm fitment as these wheels may not fit. Wheel Inserts Note: For wheels that include inserts it is highly recommended that the inserts be tightened by hand with very light force to prevent damage. In the event the wheels are being installed by someone other then the buyer It is the buyers responsibility to convey this message to the installer. Although the inserts are durable as with any plastic material if over tightened they will crack.

Shipping

We only ship to confirmed addresses. For items being offered as Free Shipping the shipping is ground where ground shipping is available within the lower 48 states only. For all orders shipped outside of the USA customer will be responsible for duties and customs fees.

Warranty

All wheels are covered by a 1 year finish and lifetime structural warranty. Please note that the warranty is a manufacturer warranty extended to the purchaser. We will gladly assist in fulfilling warranty claims from our Hollywood, Florida location with the customer being responsible for freight charges. Please note that the warranty is provided by the manufacturer and any warranty considerations should be determined by the manufacturer as well. Other than applicable manufacturers’ warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Plus Sizing / Oversized fitments In the event the wheels listed are of larger diameter than that of your factory wheels the fitment will be considered a Plus Sizing fitment. The combined improvements of a Plus Sizing fitment – can generate substantial improvements in stability, traction, braking, handling, and vehicle appearance. However, please be advised that due to the lack of tire size availability in larger diameters in some cases the Plus Sizing fitment will be slightly higher or lower than that of your factory tires. Please note that in some rare instances it will be necessary to make slight modifications to allow for a proper fitment and this will be the case not only for our wheels but for any other brand purchased. Please call one of our fitment specialist with any questions you may have.

Vibration Issues All wheel and tire packages are shipped mounted and high speed road force balanced. In some rare instances during transit wheel weights can come off and cause for vibration issues. Being that the mounting and balancing are provided as a courtesy to the customer we cannot issue any credits for these services.

Hub Centric Rings All wheels sold by CustomWheelSource are Lug Centric which allows for centering by use of torque upon installation. If you prefer hub centric rings these can be purchased separately.
