Front Spacers:
1: To begin install, block the rear tires of the vehicle so that the vehicle is stable and can’t roll backwards. Safely lift the front of the vehicle and support the frame with jack stands. Place jack stands on both sides of the vehicle and remove both front tires.
2:Using a wrench, unbolt the nut for the swaybar end-link. Take out the sway bar end-link.
3:Unbolt the brackets for the abs line so you have slack in the line.
4:Unbolt the bolt holding the brake line bracket to the coil housing.
5:Remove the brake caliper and brake rotor and set the rotor aside.
6:Unbolt the nut holding the tie rod to the knuckle.
7:Support the lower control arm with a jack then using a socket loosen the nut holding the upper ball joint to the knuckle.
8:Strike the side of the knuckle where the upper ball joint and tie ord are with a hammer.
The upper ball joint and tie rod will separate from the knuckle.
9:Remove the tie rod and upper ball joint from the knuckle.
10:Loosen the lower ball joint nut and strike it with a hammer to get it to separate.
11:Remove the knuckle from the vehicle.
12:Slowely remove the floor jack for the lower control arm and remove the coil spring from the vehicle.
13:Leave the coil spring isolator in place and install the new spacer on top of the coil spring.
14:The raised center of the spacer will locate it inside of the spring.
15:Insert the coil spring back into the vehicle. Use a jack under the lower control arm to compress the spring.
16:Reattach the knuckle and upper ball joint.
17:Reattach the tie rod and sway bar.
18:Finish installing the truck in reverse of the order it came apart.
19:Torque all bolts to factory spec and recheck them after 25 miles.
Rear Blocks:
Support the rear axle with a jack and jack stands.
Remove the brake and parking brake cables so there is slack in the lines.
Remove the lower rear shock mount nut and bolt.
Remove the factory rear U-bolts and discard them.
Lower the axle to remove the factory block, or you can put new blocks on the factory block, get a new lift.
Install the new rear block making sure the smaller side of the spacer is facing the front of the truck.
Install the new supplied U-bolts and torque to factory spec.
Complete the installation on the other side of the truck before reinstalling any brake or ABS lines.
After 100 miles recheck torque to factory spec.
