Boat part number 7202918 is a new hatch gas shock spring from Ameritool, part number ML28-100 . Commonly used on Chaparral Boats, but may be used on other boats.

This gas shock spring is black and rated at 100lbs force per manufacturer. Measures approximately 31" overall, center-to-center, and 17 1/4" compressed with an approximate 13 3/4" stroke. Features (2) 3/8" Dia. ball sockets.
