The agreement is between the buyer and the seller only. This agreement cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner. This agreement applies only to the motor described and sold. Agreement Period. This limited warranty begins on the effective date of delivery to the verified address of the customer or customers certified motorcycle shop of choice and lasts 30 days. There is no mileage break in time warranty. No return after 30 days no exceptions. Agreement Coverage. In the event of malfunction, defect, or failure of the motor sold. Subject to terms stated herein; conditions and limitations herein. Our 30-day INSTALL warranty is provided for all running motors sold. The 30-day warranty begins on the date of delivery. This 30-day warranty means a licensed motorcycle mechanic has 30 days to install and prove the motor is running. This warranty does NOT mean you have 30 days to ride the motor. Warranties are only valid if a licensed certified professional motorcycle shop is doing the inspection and installation. Warranties are completely voided if you self-install the motor. Warranties are completely voided if you have a car mechanic shop inspect and install the motor. All warranties in question will be asked to provide paperwork of the inspection and installation and shop credentials. If these cannot be provided the warranty is void. All motors have been thoroughly inspected and deemed running from the purchase date. During inspection and installation is where your licensed motorcycle shop should take note of any issues at hand as well as test drive. If anything occurs we ask the buyer to contact us to either help analyze the problem and fix it or set up paperwork for a return. Any changes by yourself or any mechanic without communication between us will automatically void the warranty. Exclusions from Coverage 1. You're using this motor for competitive racing or driving 2. Failure to maintain the motor in its entirety. Some examples are · Failure to replace necessary fluids · Accidents/collision · Theft · Fire · Lightning · Water and/or floods · Vandalism · Malicious mischief · Larceny · Use of motor on stolen motorcycle · Repossession
Limitation of Implied Warranties, Incidental Cost We do not cover any mechanic fees you may obtain for delivery, inspection, installation, troubleshooting, and removal of the motor from your certified motorcycle shop. All purchases will be subject to legal scrutiny as well as legal action. You will not be entitled to recover any consequential damages, property damages, and damages for loss of time, loss of profits or income, personal damage, or towing costs. Warranty Claim Information We ask you to contact us through EBay Messaging to attempt to resolve any issues at hand. We will work with you on any issue. If in case of a claim/return all parts that were originally on the motor at sale must be given back or you will not receive any compensation.Shipping We ship nearly all orders within 24 hrs and add tracking numbers to eBay as soon as we ship.
