This is a used for parts only MerCruiser Alpha 1 Gen 2 outdrive and has a 1.62 ratio.  The upper drive gears for sure need to be rebuilt, and the remaining function is unknown.  This outdrive was replaced on a 2008' 23' bow rider last year with the intent of rebuilding, however, decided not to rebuild.  The outdrive housing is in very good shape.  Only used in freshwater.  The manufacturer part number is 1A206775, and it comes with no warranty.  This item is classified under Complete Sterndrive Outdrives, Sterndrive Motors & Components, Boat Parts, and Parts & Accessories categories.
