TRP offers a Limited warranty
The Limited Warranty is subject to the terms, conditions and exclusions provided below. Limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months (180 days) from
the date of sale. Your warranty period begins on the date of purchase The Limited Warranty covers any product that is purchased from TRP Machine purchased on Ebay. Which
fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship as long as the product is used normally and in accordance with the purposes it was designed for.
This Limited Warranty is valid ONLY if you are the original purchaser of the product and may not be transferred.
This auto part warranty remains in effect for as long as the original purchaser owns the eligible vehicle on which the part (s) was originally installed up to 180 days from
the date of sale. A eligible vehicle is a vehicle that is originally equipped with the same part number casting number and style of part purchased. Buyer must at the time of
purchase notify TRP via eBay item notes to seller of the year, make, model, part number / casting number at the time of purchase.
This limited warranty does not extend to any product that fails due to:
1. Accident or collision
2. Improper use, installation, maintenance, or service
3. Use of the product with other third-party product(s) which fail
4. Abuse, misuse, disassembly, modification, or neglect of the product
5. Over heating, Lose of overheat tab, Modification or replacement of heat tab
6. Failure to follow directions on proper use or installation
7. Failure to protect from continued damage
8. Flood, chemical fallout, salt, hail, or other environment conditions including natural disasters
9. Installation or use on vehicles used for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes where such product is not intended for these applications
10. Installation or use on vehicles used for marine purposes where such product is not intended for marine use
11. Failure to use correct fuel and coolant as recommended by MFG
Part must be returned to TRP machine complete and assembled to be inspected for warranty consideration. Any disassembly beyond what is needed
to remove part from vehicle for return will be considered modification and will void warranty
This limited warranty does not cover labor, towing, or rental car charges, which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
This limited warranty does not cover incidental, consequential, indirect, or special damages.
This limited warranty dose not cover shipping expense.
This limited warranty represents the total liability of TRP Machine for any product to which it applies. TRP machine makes no other warranties or representations of any kind
whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed.
To return a part for warranty consideration ask for a RMA via eBay messages and include user ID item number and date of sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of
the original buyer. Return shipping to original shipping address will be paid by the seller if warranty claim is approved by TRP Machine. If claim is not approved then buyer is
responsible for shipping to return part to buyer. Any part left at TRP machine will be sold for scrap after 30 days from date of claim determination
