We will only send replacement items once our shipper confirms the item is lost. This will be 21 days or more from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipper, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Damage or Lost in Transit 
If item Box is received with damage please reject the goods, once signed for it will be assumed that the item has been delivered in good condition.

If your item is received damaged, contact our customer service department within 24 hours and please forward pictures of proof via eBay.

Returns policy:

We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to process a refund the product less P&P within 30 Days of your purchase. All return items will require a RMA number, which is given by eBay once you have started the return process, through eBay. Please allow 7 days for returns to be processed.

• Please pack your returns securely and in the original box.
• No returns will be accepted if you use sellotape or write on the box as they must be in a resellable condition.
• Please return to us via the address given to you through eBay’s returns process.
• Returns will only be accepted by post, to this address only.

Please inspect all of your item(s) upon receipt.

All returned items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise it will be rejected.

We will not reship replacement(s) before we get a claim approval for the lost or stolen item(s) or the returned item from customers, in most cases, all shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Any item(s) that the buyer states as defective will be tested by our Returns Department, if there are no problems or errors found during testing will be rejected for returns eligibility.

Once the RMA# is issued, the buyer will have 14 days to return the item, if any items are returned after 14 days, the item(s) are subject for rejection. If the items are returned without an RMA#, we reserve the right to reject the item.

All items are brand new unless otherwise stated. PROFESSIONAL installation is highly recommended on all our parts. Buyer assumes all risk on usage.
