The adaptor was used 2 times, just to test out and make sure it works. It is otherwise new in original box as you can see in the photos.

I ordered it before my free Ford adaptor came and so I have no further use for it.

Works with my Ford Lightning but check to make sure your vehicle has access to the Tesla Supercharger Network, I believe only Ford and Rivians as of now have access.
