Up forbid is a Merc cruiser alignment tool. I graduated out of college and went into the outboard business and did not go into the inboard business. I purchased this and used it one time. I don’t remember if it’s all there or not. I believe it is anyway it’s a MerCruiser Alignment tool what you see in the picture is what you get. Check out my feedback and speaks for itself.
