Here we have the recoil starter assembly for the 2002 2003 2004 9.9 -15 hp 4 stroke Johnson Suzuki outboards. May fit other models as well. Recoil works smoothly.  In good cosmetic condition as well.  Removed from model J15TEL4ST, a 2003 15hp Suzuki Johnnson 4 stroke outboard.  Fresh water parts. No salt ever! See pics.
