*A good casting IMO to begin with. Looked identical (except cleaner, and better screw in valve guides) as the famed RTC-6 cylinder head.
* Head has been milled approx.40 thousands
* Intake port reconfigured with partial epoxy to form a "bias port", and really puts a strong swirl on the mixture when it enters the combustion chamber!
* Intake port also, starting at the beginning ( on selected areas, not completely covered) is 'dimple ported" tp speed the air up when and where it needs it.
* exhaust port has been smoothed out, opened just 9nbthe short radius and lower bowl area, but polished like a mirror.
* combustion chamber has been reshaped minimally but polished to a mirror finish as well.
*This isn't a gimmick, this exact design is the one I use and have perfected over trial and error. These heads make noticable, serious power! Even on a stock engine! Pair it with a cam, etc , and you'll be surprised I guarantee it!
* head still retains 27mm/25mm valve sizes, but head is sold bare, just valve guide plates
