Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade

- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.

B Grade

- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.

C Grade

- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.

No Grade

- A part that has not yet been graded.

Payment and Refund Process

All Payments are processed through eBay must be paid in full prior to shipment. If a payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement. Refunds are processed through and directly by eBay. We do not process payments or refunds so all questions will be directed to eBay.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders including items shipped within the state of NE. 

How does Shipping work?

American Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the continental 48 states.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses is available for select parts only. Please contact us through eBay messaging for details and shipping rates. 

Local Pick-up at our facilities is available. Please contact us prior to your purchase to arrange local pick-up. Buyer must select 'Buy It Now' prior to local pick-up.

Please allow up to 10 days for delivery unless your part is included in eBay's Guaranteed Delivery Program. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via eBay messaging within 24 hours for assistance.

American Auto Parts Return Policy

In the event you receive a part that doesn't fit or work properly, we may ask for a digital picture and your vehicle's VIN number so we can properly assist you. For items that are not defective, but are returned because it's not needed or ordered wrong the customer is responsible for shipping the part back at their expense unless otherwise stated. We DO NOT supply shipping return labels unless the purchased item is listed as a free return item so the use of the automated shipping label will be deducted from the return price.

Our Standard Warranty

 We offer a standard 60 Day Parts Warranty on all mechanical parts. This covers the PART ONLY, we do not cover labor charges to install the part. We are not responsible for any improper installation or misdiagnosis. If a replacemant part is available we will supply a replacement for you. Defective items will be required to be returned and our customer serivce team will direct you on the process.
