Expected Timeframes
Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days after the item(s) have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Your order may ship in multiple packages so we're able to deliver your order faster.
Please note that business days do not include weekends.
Free Shipping
We only offer Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We do not offer FREE Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
International Shipping
Sorry, but we currently do not ship internationally.

If you pay by credit card or debit card, we will receive temporary authorization to charge your card once you have completed the payment process. We will charge you when we ship your order or when the temporary authorization ends, whichever comes first. Payment authorization may be completed 2-5 days after your order has been placed.
If a dispute occurs before shipments, the order will be held as your payment may be withheld by your financial institution. Please settle all disputes in order to proceed with your order.
Cancelling an Order
If your order was made by error, please contact us within 24-48 hours so that we can cancel your order prior to shipment and refund you in full.
If your order has already been shipped, we accept returns within 30 days after your purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. However, your purchase may still be covered under Manufacturer Warranty. We recommend that you contact the Manufacturer of your product within the warranty period of your product.

Returns
Once your item(s) are delivered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Shipping
You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs. We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.
Unwanted Products
Unwanted product returns will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be in unused condition only.

Gaming (includes Brand New consoles and games for all different types of systems): All of the gaming comes with Manufacturer’s warranty unless specified otherwise in the description section of the item. If the item is defective you will need to contact the Manufacturer. If the item is unwanted and was not open, this item may be returned to us per our "Unwanted Returns" section.

Returns Instructions
All returns must include a tracking numbers (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide us with the tracking number of your return. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time.
Refunds
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of us receiving your return.
