Free ground shipping is the 48 contiguous US states only, and only for items marked as free shipping.
  • We ship via Fed Ex or USPS Priority Mail or UPS (chosen by us). Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via USPS and incur an extra charge. From the day we ship, please allow 2-7 business days for delivery of items in the continental United States.

  • Oil and Chemicals: All oil and chemicals will be shipped Fed Ex only. No exceptions!

  • Damaged Orders: In the event of an order that arrives damaged, please notify us by telephone or via email. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping box. We will then instruct you of the further steps that need to be taken.

Returns:

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of original shipment date, and must be in original shipped condition, including all packaging.
