• Please contact us immediately if your package does not arrive after 30 days. We will do our best to find solutions for you.

• Buyers must pay ALL shipping costs and any extra fees if the orders are cancelled not due to products’ problem.
• We may charge up to 30% handling fee of the item's price for order cancellation/ return request made after the package is shipped out within 30 days no matter the package is delivered or not.

+ If package is already received, please send back to us by the address we provide and send the tracking number to us through eBay Message.

+ If the package is not received, please reject the package when it is delivered. The package will be sent back to us when we get the information from the delivery company.
