Warranty Terms and Conditions
Limited
warranty is 6 months on all products remanufactured by Advanced Power Corp.
Warranty on new and remanufactured items from the original manufacturer is 12
months. Warranty does not apply when diagnostic tests are performed by Advanced
Power Corp. This warranty does not apply when the item has been subject to
abuse, improper installation, operator negligence, overloading, misuse, lack of
lubrication, improper lubricant, any type of contamination (including metal,
fuel, water, carbon) poor maintenance, or accidents, as determined by Advanced
Power Corp. Furthermore, our unauthorized repair of the item voids this
warranty. If you specifically request an item to be repaired, which is contrary
to our recommended practice, this warranty shall be void as to such repair. The
following expenses are not covered by Advanced Power Corp.: troubleshooting or
diagnostic time, mechanic mileage, towing, downtime, loss of profits, cargo
damage, labor, travel, lodging or any other indirect items. In the event that a
product remanufactured by us does not work and is still under warranty, Advanced
Power Corp will complete diagnostic testing. If there is a problem or defect
with new or remanufactured items from the original manufacturer, we will
contact the manufacturer of the product and open a warranty claim on the
customer’s behalf. We will have the faulty product shipped to the manufacturer
for inspection. Please note that the warranty tests and inspections original
manufacturers can take up to 20 days. If the product fails the diagnostic
test, a replacement will be given. Warranty will not be honored for any product
if there is any alteration in exhaust system and/or after treatment system.
Refunds will not be given in the event that a product fails the diagnostic
test. For the purpose of this warranty policy you agree that you fully and
completely hold harmless, indemnify and release our company Advanced Power Corp,
its CEO, staff and team members, employees, shareholders, directors, partners,
retailers, consultants, affiliates, or anyone else associated with us from any
and all damages, causes of action, liability, suits, allegations, sums of
money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now
have or will have in the future against us, arising from your participation in
or in any way related to our products, using of our products, services, website
and/or communications even if we were aware in advance of the possibility of
any such claim.
Advanced
Power Corp. is not liable for improper product selection, if in doubt, please
contact us for assistance prior to placing your order. Returns are only
accepted if the item is intact (unopened packaging and original box). All
returns must be within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Product that has been used and/or taken out of packaging is not
returnable.
Core Policy
All
cores must be returned in rebuildable condition to receive a full refund of the
core charge within 45 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee
for core return. Cores must be returned in original box from Manufacturer.
Cores should be wrapped and packed in a manner that prevents damage during
shipment. Box should be sturdy and taped well for shipment so that it arrives
at our facility in good condition. Returned cores with the following conditions
will not receive a full refund: fire damage, water damage, broken,
disassembled, missing parts or pieces.
Shipping Policy
Advanced
Power Corp makes every effort to ship orders received before 2PM Pacific Time
on the same day provided payment has been verified and
cleared. Orders typically ship within 24 hours with the exception of
weekends (Saturday - Sunday). Orders placed after 2PM Pacific Time
on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. All U.S.
orders are shipped free via UPS ground. If you would like to order more
