Here is a VINTAGE used Jaguar XKE MIRROR CLAMP ? The chrome barrel is about 1 3/4" long by 3/4" round. The ring clamp is about 3/4" round. If you know more let me know and i will add your information.
It came in box of Vintage Jaguar and Austin Healey parts.
