Function: MKA-51 quick release bracket allows the trolling motor to be quickly detached from and reattached to the boat deck.
Quick Release & Cam-Lock: Specifically designed for quick, easy removal of your trolling motor. Slide motor inboard 6” for a better boat cover fit and more clearance when launching boat. Cam-lock and ultra-tight tolerances reduces bracket movement and noise. No worry about motor theft and prevent your motor from being lost. Meanwhile, Composite cover attached to lower half of bracket when motor is removed, keeping the deck profile clean.
Rock Solid: Electric Steer Quick Release Bracket w/ Cover Made of marine-grade solid, anodized aluminum construction. Super strong and impervious to rust, corrosion and discoloration. Never loosened or deformed in any way. Ready to withstand long trips and severe weather without cracking or damage.

Easy Installation: The motor be mounted as close to the centerline of the boat as possible. The motor must not encounter any obstructions as it is lowered into the water or raised into the boat when stowed and deployed. Make sure the motor rest is positioned far enough beyond the edge of the boat. Make sure the area under the mounting location is flat and clear to drill holes and install nuts and washers. When installing the bracket, use some Loctite on the screws to fix the bracket better.
