Products ship from our Boston, MA area store within 24 hours of purchase. We typically use UPS ground for items over 5lbs or longer than 24in and we typically use USPS for the smaller items. However, we have the capacity to ship via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or EMS. If there is a certain shipping carrier you prefer, please let us know and we can try to make arrangements for you. We ship all of our products safe and secure.

Damaged or defective:

We respectfully request our customers inspect their products upon receipt. If an item arrives in damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 48 hours of arrival of the product. We simply request a photo of the product and packaging for us to investigate the damage. If the item is found to be defective or damaged in transit, we will issue you an RMA# and have you send it back for an exchange or refund or the purchase price.

We do check all of our products before shipment to prevent any defective items for arriving.

In the event the product arrives and is not the product you intended to purchase or simply isnt something you want anymore, rest assured we understand. We are happy to exchange any item for store credit at no additonal charge. We are also happy to give you a full refund, less the shipping costs and 20% restocking fee due to ebay and paypal processing charges.
