Notice to our valued customers, we have recently learned that open cases for whatever the reason can only be opened by claiming that item is not as described. Most of the time if not all, this can be remedied by a simple email letting us know what's wrong with your order.
When "OPEN CASES" occur, it hurts our ability to keep our standing with eBay, which in the end drives up prices for us and the ability to keep bringing our products to you at a competitive price. These open cases that can easily be resolved by just letting us know. This hinders our ability to keep prices low and pass the savings on to our most valued, namely our customers.
