Off a Johnson 40 HP motor

This motor had bad sitting around for a few years and the carbs were pretty rough so we parted the motor out

In good mechanical working working condition.  Shifts as is should, prop shaft and driveshafts turn smooth

Gearcase is in good overall condition with some light wear around the exterior.  The skeg is worn and does have a curl to it, as photos show

Oil has been mostly drained but looked good.  NO signs of water or debris in it

I would definitely put a new water pump kit in it before installing
