Please inspect your package upon arrival. All returns must be reported within 14 days of the date the package was delivered.

In the event of returning an item, buyer must email us for an RMA number before returning the item. No claims will be honored without a correct RMA number on the return package.

Please contact us immediately if a product is defective upon arrival. We will assist buyer with return procedure. For exchange, we will cover all shipping charges. For refund, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

If an incorrect item was received, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will give buyer instructions for exchanging the correct item.

If buyer purchased the wrong item by mistake or just simply changing his mind and would like to return the item for refund, buyer can only receive a partial refund. Shipping and handling fee are non-refundable. We will also charge buyer 20% restocking fee. Partial refund will be issued only after we receive the return item in its original condition.

If a product is damaged during shipment upon arrival, please email us a digital picture for verification of the problem. We will file a Damage Claim with the shipping company. We will send replacement to buyer after the claim is approved.

If a package is lost in transit, replacement order is available only after the Lost Claim has been approved by the shipping company.
