About Us: Helios Motorsports LLC is an enthusiast owned and operated recycling facility in south eastern Wisconsin specializing in European automotive recycling.  We take great pride in the quality of the parts we sell and strive to provide a positive experience to every customer.

Parts Guarantee: We know how frustrating it can be to get stuck with a defective part, so we carefully test and inspect every single item that we sell. Simply put: if we can't test it, we don't sell it. To protect the buyer we offer a 30 day guarantee on all parts that we sell. Should an item fail in that time frame, simply contact us and we will direct you on how to return it to us. Once the item is received, we will verify that it is the original part that we shipped and then either issue a refund for full purchase price or exchange the part for another (this is dependent on inventory quantities and may not always be available).

Shipping: We do our best to ship items out as fast as possible and will usually ship same day if the order is placed before 1PM (13:00 CST), however this is dependent on pickup times and order volumes and is not a guarantee. We reserve the right to substitute shipping carriers from that which was stated in the auction at any time, using FedEx, USPS and UPS. Certain items and shipping methods may require a signature on delivery to protect us from theft and lost items.

Payment:  Online payment is accepted through PayPal only. For local pick up items at our Muskego, Wisconsin facility, please contact us prior to bidding or purchasing to make arrangements.

Contact: We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction, if any issues arise with a purchase please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation as fast as possible. We respond to emails 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Returns: We offer a 14 day return period for all items that we sell unless otherwise noted. Please contact us directly regarding any return requests or questions. Returns are only accepted on items that are in equal condition as when they shipped out and are bearing our identification marks with all tamper evident seals intact. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must have tracking on the return package to protect both parties in the event of a lost shipment. Certain commonly misdiagnosed items such as ECUs and modules may have a 25% restocking fee due to the increasing number of returns due to improper diagnosis of other problems on the vehicle. We must do this in order to keep costs down on our items. Please note: we carefully photo document every part prior to shipping to protect both parties and any return requests suspected of "part swapping" will be reported directly to eBay for fraudulent activity.

International: We apologize but at this time we are only shipping to the lower 48 states of the continental United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping range in the near future, but at this time we do not have the resources to offer an international shipping program and have made the decision to focus on improving our continental shipping program to better serve and lower overall costs for our customers.
