Shipping Damage Time Limit: 3 Days
If any items are damaged in shipping. Please notify us within 3 days to comply with major shipping companies claim policy.

Tax & Duties: Covered by Buyer
All import taxes and duties if applicable arising from shipping outside of Canada shall be accepted by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: No Returns On eBay Due to Managed Payments & Excessive Fees (Within 30 Days at CRPEngineering.com)

Please note: A 5% Payment processor fee will be deducted on returns / cancelations to cover payment processor transaction fees. (At our discretion up to 5% may also be deducted as a Restock Fee for custom built low volume product) 

Please note: Your initial shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.

Without original packaging a 15% restocking fee will be charged and the items must not be damaged. NOTE: US Returns must be shipped with USPS, FedEx or DHL. We will NOT accept return shipments from UPS.

Turbocharger Cores must be returned within 2 Months of your purchase date on eBay: Past this timeline we are not able to refund your initial payment method. We recommend returning cores within 2 months to avoid delays of your refund.

Refund & Exchange:
CR Performance offers a Customer Satisfaction Promise on Direct Purchases only (Not eBay Sales). If you are not COMPLETELY satisfied with your Direct purchase within 30 calendar days after receiving our product, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to accept your return with only a small restocking fee to cover payment transaction fees.

Refund Shipping Charges:
Normally the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping postage for refunds. We will only refund the return shipping postage if you received the incorrect item.

Limited Warranty Statement

All products manufactured by CRP are to be free from defects in material or workmanship. CRP warrants to the original buyer that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any product with a defect within the warranty period stated for the item. A copy of the original invoice is required to qualify for all warranty claims. Please refer to our Full Limited Warranty Statement at CRPEngineering.com under the FAQ section.

-Professional installation is highly recommended.
-Warranty items are covered for replacement or repair only, no refunds.
-The buyer is responsible for covering shipping postages to us for warranty claims.
-Repair kits are not covered under warranty due to the nature of requiring professional installation and rotating assembly balancing and these processes cannot be confirmed on installation.
-Specifically excluded from this warranty are failures of products caused by misuse, misapplication, negligence of the buyer, accidents, modification, abuse, improper storage, installation, repair or operation, use of unauthorized parts or other mistreatment of the buyer or his agent.
-Components or Turbochargers damaged by ingestion of foreign matter will not be covered by the warranty.
-Any competitive use will void warranty on product.
-CRP expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury or damages related to the buyer’s use of the product.
-CRP also disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to, repair labor, rental vehicles, hotel cost or any other inconvenience cost. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is in lieu of all other warranties or guaranties, either expressed or implied, included the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and shall not extend to any buyer or to any person other than the original purchaser residing within the boundaries of the continental U.S. or Canada. As well the seller is not responsible or obligated to update previously manufactured parts that are currently under the above warranty.
