SHIPPING: 

We generally use whichever delivery service is most cost effective. This tends to be either USPS Priority Mail, Ground or Parcel Select. 
Expedited shipping may be available. Please contact us for details.
Free shipping, where offered, applies to the continental United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico buyers will be responsible for the extra cost incurred in shipping to these locations. 
International shipping is offered on some items


-Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska: $40 via USPS priority
-All other international customer contact us for a quote
-We try to ship within 24 hours of the payment being processed
-In some cases it does take up to 48 hours to get the item shipped
-If the item is listed as local pickup and customer request shipping, we can arrange the shipping but not responsible for any damages occured during shipping as it is handled by to third party, therefore customers should contact the shipping carrier for any damages or claims. 

RETURN AND REFUND:

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of purcahse day. Return and original shipping are the buyer's responsibility, even on "free shipping" listings. A 20% restocking fee may also be applied to returns not due to a material defect. This covers the cost of labor and materials associated with selling, shipping, and then relisting the item. Please ask any questions you may have about this policy; we aim to be as transparent as possible.
We will have a 30 days warranty period from the delivery day. We are not responsible for any return and exchange after the warranty period. If we don't have the replacement part, we will refund your money. Itesm arranged for pickup needs to be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days there will be a $30 daily storage fee which will add up on your total sale price upon delivery.
