7) We reply to every email we get within 48 hours from Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm central time. If you do not get a response from us make sure to clear your cookies especially with AOL and HOTMAIL.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES :
We ship all over the world with the exception of Taiwan ,Mexico, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, South America and Africa. We ship wit FedEx only. We offer overnight shipping, but please contact us for a quote. We do combine shipping of multiple items but you must ask prior to bidding and item must be purchased on the same day to combine shipping. Your product will ship out from the time payment is received in full within 72/96 business hours. Buyers in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico must get a detail quote on shipping. Our ebay rate is only to the lower 48 states. Tracking numbers will be posted in ebay for your records.

Shipping Details:

We ship out with Fed Ex-Ground twice a week. All domestic tracking information will be posted in ebay for your records. If you don't receive your package within 7 business days, please email us and we will get on top of it for you. We get hundreds of sales emails daily, so we will not be able to get to you unless it is past the 7day window. Fed Ex Ground Service takes anywhere from 3-7 business days for delivery to the lower 48 states.

International Guidelines: To begin with we DO NOT ship to Japan, China, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, Russia, Mexico, and South America. We only provide Fed Ex so there for you must email us prior to bidding to get your quote. I will need Country, City and post code. We DO NOT ship international with USPS so please don't ask!

Freight Engines:

DOMESTIC

For Domestic freight shipping quote for items like Engine/Car Kits going to door to door for business address only. I will need the following info business name, full address and contact number. For pick up at terminal I will need your full name, address and contact number. If you purchase an engine and you do not pay to get it crated and if damage occur during shipping we will NOT be responsible for any loss or damages.

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FOR ENGINES ONLY!!!!

For International quotes going airport to airport I will need the following information Country, City, Post Code, Nearest Air Port, Full Name, and phone number.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING PRICES ARE FIRM, NOT NEGOTIABLE.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS: If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied within 10 days, we will refund you for the purchase price only shipping will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping cost on the return item and make sure to obtain a tracking number as well. You will not get full refund until the complete Item is returned to us for inspection. Their will be a 15% restocking fee on all RETURNS no matter the situation. Items that have been modified, abused, over powered or physically damaged will not be covered under this warranty.
