All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Payments are processed through eBay. We accept credit card and cash for Local Pickup orders. If payment is not received, an Unpaid Item case will be opened for the sake of seller fee reimbursement.

Items are shipped after receiving cleared payment. We ship to US addresses within the continental 48 states. Shipping to AK, HI, PO Box, APO, FPO & US Protectorates: please contact first as we may be able to arrange shipping for an additional charge (depending on the part). Freight items must have a commercial address and part fitment must be verified via VIN prior to shipment.

International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

CUSTOMER and its AFFILIATES and SUBCONTRACTORS will indemnify, defend, and hold LKQ ONLINE harmless for any consequences of any such violation.

All parts must be returned in their original condition to receive full credit. Details regarding timeframe as well as payment for return shipping are outlined in the return section at the top of each individual eBay listing. Please message us with questions.

All parts come with a standard warranty, please contact us for details prior to ordering. Timeframe is listed within the Warranty section of the listing for each part. Warranty claims must be made with our warranty department, details will be included with the packing slip for each order. Labor and costs associated with part installation are not included in the warranty, parts only.

Upgrade At Your Own Risk:
Wiring harnesses, GPS Antennas & VIN locking protection are just a few factors that may prevent you from upgrading certain types of radios in your vehicle. You are 100% responsible for making sure you will be able to make an upgrade. You will be responsible for any Restocking and Shipping fees associated with you order. Please consult your dealer before trying any type of upgrade.

Fitment:
If we have listed years and makes for a radio in this listing, that is all it is guaranteed to fit. A lot of radio's look similar in design so please do not assume the radio will fit in your vehicle without reaching out/ doing your own research.

Radio Theft Lock Codes:
If equipped and activated, it is the buyer's responsibility to obtain the code from the dealer. The donor vehicle VIN can be provided to you upon request. There is a chance the dealer may charge a service fee to obtain the code which we are not responsible for. 

XM/Sirius/OnStar & Other Satellite Equipped Components:
Listing will not include service from these providers. You must obtain said service at your expense if you wish to use said service. If an optional antenna is needed, it will not be included unless stated. Please read above before asking. If a control box is needed for these other than the part listed, it will not be included unless stated.

DVD/Navigation Radios/Equipment:
Listing will be for radio or equipment as listed only. No antenna, DVD disc, or wiring is included, unless stated above.

Sound System Options:
If equipped with Bose, Active Audio, Premium, or similar type that requires amp, 99% of the time it will not work in a vehicle not already equipped with that system. Infinity radios will generally work in non-Infinity equipped vehicles, but verify with dealer first.
