Mars 4 SKEW is a fully-developed TV satellite antenna introducing the DVB-S2 technology allowing to receive the SAT TV signal in perfect quality and to watch all FULL HD+4K TV channels. The new HPD (High Performance Dish) parabolic dish (600-mm/24-inch diameter) with STO (Silent Tracking Operation) combined with the innovative software and hardware for signal research, allows the compensation of quality losses due to satellite multiplication on the terrestrial orbit and to transmission on same frequency. The skew option (ASAS - AUTOMATIC SKEW ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM) is precisely a compensation system proposed by Glomex which, acknowledging the geographic position, acts directly on the LNB by changing automatically the inclination. In this way the polarization is optimized and the best possible signal quality is achieved. This antenna is ideal to connect up to 16 independent decoders on the same boat) since the skew option offers the best quality in satellite TV signals reception even with bad weather conditions, either when cruising or at anchor. Mars 4 also has a new control unit with USB port for fast and easy updating of the software. To be matched to the SS support for mounting at an inclined position up to 5° .
