We offer a limited 60 day warranty on the item, upon the date the item is received. Buyers are responsible for shipping fees to exchange the product *Unless item is damaged upon arrival.
Most aftermarket items do not come with instructions and professional installation for all items is highly recommended. Xpert Tuning will try our best to post general installation guides or FAQ on our blog.
Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchanges will be issued on products that have been damaged or used improperly (Modified).

What happens if the item is out of stock ?
We try our best to have all items we list and since all items are constantly listed. Cccasionally, due to high demand or human errors we may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs (very unlikely), we will contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the part to be back in stock (usually 3-10 days), product alternatives (possible free upgrade) or a full refund.
Why was my email not replied to? This matter is urgent!
We will only answer email during office hours ( Mon-Fri 10:00am - 6:00pm PST ) except holiday. All emails will be replied in the order it was received the following business day. However, we did receive some customers complaints that they have not received our emails. Mostly because our reply emails get sent into the SPAM/JUNK mail box. So please check those mail folder also or use the "contact seller" on your auction page to contact us directly from eBay. If in any doubt, just give us a quick call.
