1964 Cessna 172 Skyhawk Owner's Manual D-209-13 Printed 9-23-63.  This very sound factory original owner's manual is in excellent, lightly used condition.  The cover is mostly very clean and nice and shiny and totally unabused, with no scatches or creases.  The cover remains very well attached by shiny staples.  A few pen notes are found on page 2-9 only.  Pencil cyphering is found in the Weight and Balance table on page 3-4, and pencil marks are found on the Cruise Performance page 5-4 only.  All pencil marks have been removed by soft eraser, faint artifacts may be visible.  There is light patina throughout as you might expect of a manual of this vintage.  That is it.  The book is otherwise pristine inside with no other writing or markings, no highlighting, no missing or torn or loose pages.  The corners are very sharp and the book lays flat as new.  See the photos.  This one is still just perfect for your "Grand Champion".  It is still in fantastic shape especially considering it is over 61 years old, and it's barely marked at all.  Always check for revisions, supplements, and updates with vintage manuals.

If your old '64 Skyhawk book looks like crap, then buy this one.
