Dual Turbo Intercooler Air Charge Temper Gauge – Universal fitment
Complete with two sensors and dual display (in celcius) to measure ambient or air intake temperature and also the air charge temperature on the cold side of the intercooler.
The red display shows the air intake or ambient reading which is ideal for measuring heat soak within the engine bay and the blue display shows the air charge temperature after the intercooler to measure the effectiveness of your air charge cooling setup.
The ambient sensor can be placed anywhere in the engine bay to measure heat soak within the engine bay. Alternatively, the sensor can be place within the airbox to measure the air temperature being received by the engine before the turbo.
The air charge sensor is designed to be installed in the charge pipework after the intercooler and comes complete with sealing O-ring.
Between the two displays it is possible to see the temperature differential between what the engine is receiving and what it being delivered after the turbo has heated and the intercooler has cooled the intake air.
The gauge unit measures 28mm x 47mm and requires a mounting hole of 25mm x 44mm.
Important notes:
The sensor wires are pre-cut to allow for easy routing through the bulkhead to the display and require connecting to the gauge with either bullet connectors (not supplied) or solder.
The sensor cables are 85cm long and are suitable for most applications, but may need extending in some cases.
All orders placed before 3pm are shipped same day.
