Instructions:
1.Check the oil level with a dipstick. If the oil level is lower than the lower cut line of the dipstick, add lubricating oil to the upper cut line .
2. Do not increase the load in the cooling machine, must preheat the engine 1 to 3 minutes in advance.
3. The break-in of the engine is very important. In a new engine within 650miles, the throttle should never be fully open and the gear should be changed at any time.Poor break-in leads to more faults. During break-in, the engine oil should be changed every 185 miles or so;After travelling 210 miles, an adjustment should be made to compensate for the slight wear during the break-in period, so as to ensure the good performance of the engine and extend its service life.For specific break-in requirements, refer to the instructions.
4. Idle adjustment
(1) Twist the idle screw clockwise completely into place, and then reverse 1 5/8 turn.
(2) Preheat the starting engine to the working temperature, and adjust the idle speed to 1500r/min±100r/min with the fixing screw of the oil door plunger.
(3) Then turn the idle fine-tuning screw to achieve the maximum steady speed of the engine, and then re-adjust the locking screw with the oil door plunger to the specified 1500r/min±100r/min.
5. Use of electric starting:
It is advisable to use electric starting in neutral.If electric starting is used in other gears, braking must be applied simultaneously.
If the battery power is not enough, just drive a few miles battery after automatic charging, can be used.
