Pallet(s) WILL BE delivered to the closest Yellow freight depot to customer's location 

If the customer is willing to pay the difference, it can be delivered to a chosen address. 

No refunds on items unless pre-approved. 

In the event of a refund, the cost of shipping both ways will be deducted from the refund

Return Policy

• Accepted within 30 days of delivery

• Buyer must contact us for a return number

• A 20% restocking fee and initial shipping will be deducted from the refund

• Buyer pays return shipping
