  • We ship primarily by UPS and USPS; heavy and large items are shipped via regional freight/LTL carriers.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. Damage claims must be submitted to the shipping carrier within seven days of delivery.

  • Please contact us with a description of the damage; you will also be required to provide photos of the damage.
  • We will submit a damage claim to the carrier, and will reship or refund the purchase once the claim has been approved and paid.
  • Shipping claims may take up to four weeks to process; you should consider placing a second order for the same item(s) needed while waiting for the carrier to process the claim.
  • Keep ALL packing materials and package contents until picked up by the carrier for inspection. Do not return the item to us without prior authorization or the claim may be rejected by the carrier.

Warranty

  • Standard 90 day warranty on all ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS, carriers, rear differentials, transfer cases, etc. These items are warranted to be in good running order unless stated otherwise ("core" or "for parts only" items).
  • Used engines must have new front and rear main seals, oil, and filters upon installation. Customer must provide dealer verification upon request.
  • All engines and transmissions must be installed at a professional mechanic shop...

  • IF PART IS SPECIFIED AS “SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY” THIS WARRANTY IS VOID. THIS SUPERSEDES ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED...
  • NO WARRANTY ON ANY BODY PARTS, SEALS, GASKETS, BELTS, HOSES, TIMING CHAIN(S), OR TIMING BELT(S) IN ENGINE, TRANSMISSIONS, OR REAR AXLE ASSEMBLIES. CUSTOMER MUST PRESENT PROOF OF PURCHASE OF ITEMS FOR WARRANTY TO BE VALID. 
  • NO WARRANTIED ON ELECTRICAL and BODY PARTS.
  • Transmissions must be installed in a professional place and have new seals, filter and proper fluid installed at the time of the installation in the vehicle. Proof of purchase is necessary at the time of the claim.
  • Any fluid or lubricant installed in any mechanical part must meet the manufacture’s specifications or warranty is void.
  • Any manufacturer warrant guidelines that require brand specific fluids to be used in engines or transmissions must have the respective brand specific fluid installed or warranty is void
  • This warranty does not cover attached items and accessories (water pump, fuel pump, distributor, electrical sensors, wire harness, etc.)
  • WARRANTY IS VOID IF HEAD TABS ARE MELTED, REMOVED OR EVIDENCE OF TAMPERING.
    • NO LABOR WARRANTY
  • Warranty does not include attached items (if included) or accessories (water pump, fuel pump, carburetor, distributor, computers).
  • Warranty is VOID if heat tabs are melted or removed.
  • Complete warrant and return details will be included on the packing slip which will accompany the item or box.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the deliver date
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address. Do not return items without an RMA# or the package will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
  • Original shipping costs and 20% restocking fee WILL APPLY on all parts was ordered by BUYER mistake...
  • Per eBay policies, all items returned in unsaleable condition (dirt, greasy, scratched, chipped, broken, torn, written on, etc.) will not be refunded
  • All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Returned items must be well-packed in the original packaging and contain EVERYTHING that was originally provided, such as packing materials, hardware, manuals, protective wraps/caps, etc.
  • All items sold are marked before shipping. Do NOT erase or clean our marks. Do NOT unstick any SEALS, HOLOGRAMS, or SECURITY STICKERS. Warranty is void automatically if these identifying marks are removed.
  • Please retain your return tracking number and purchase shipping insurance. If your return is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot refund you because the item cannot be inspected or resold. You will have to submit lost package claims directly to your shipping company to request compensation.
